“Heather FitzGerald helped us get our dream home while living out of province during COVID.” We met Heather via video chat to discuss what we were looking for. When we found a home we were very interested in, she did a virtual walk through tour of the home and property so that we could see everything. We put an offer in and she worked to get us the best price that she could. Once accepted, Heather helped navigate us through our conditions providing us with a list of inspection companies. Once we picked one, she made arrangements with the home inspector on our behalf to ensure it was completed in a timely fashion. With regard to the selling of our home in Pinehurst, Moncton that was conducted by Heather Fitzgerald of Royal Lepage, a few words about the selling experience. We prepared our house for sale during the summer of 2020 and were ready to have it listed by late September 2020. We were concerned that we had perhaps left it a little late in the year to get the price that we wanted as cooler weather was approaching and peoples thoughts would naturally be starting to focus on the approaching Christmas season, added to this was the complication of the prevailing virus pandemic and the personal contact restrictions involved. We decided to contract with Heather of Royal Lepage based on a recommendation by a friend and we were not disappointed with our choice. Heather got going quickly and organized a flurry of viewings that resulted in a sale after only two weeks on the market and for the price that we wanted. The selling experience was bound to be complicated by the pandemic regulations which meant that we were to have no proximity to anyone viewing our property and we had to arrange to be absent during these viewings. Heather managed to coordinate things efficiently so that our inconvenience was kept to a minimum. All together, our selling experience with Heather was very positive and we would not hesitate to recommend her services to any prospective seller.

We used Heather to help us find a home in Moncton. We placed a lot of trust in her advice as we were buying a home without getting to see it in person. We were moving from Ontario and due to COVID we couldn’t see any of the homes in person. Heather went above and beyond. She educated us on good and bad areas and even when we fell in love with houses ( that were in bad condition) she advised us on waiting so that we wouldn’t move into something we weren’t ready for. She wasn’t just looking for a quick sale, she was looking for our home. Even after we moved in and had to quarantine for 2 weeks, she offered to drop off anything we needed.
